Yoga, ChroMoly Chef, Kids Clinics, Women’s clinics, group rides, strider races…and much much more!

 

Join us at 2:00pm on Sunday for the annual ChroMoly Chef Frankenbike Building Competition. Brought to you by Street Swell Longboards and Bonfire Brewing. Watch as 6 teams battle each other to construct working bikes out of piles and piles of reclaimed bike parts (ie: junk). Building a sweet bike isn’t enough to win though – each team has to pilot their contraption around an obstacle course in the venue.

Sunday, June 5, 9:30am – Join Yoga off Broadway for Yoga in the Park at Eagle’s Town Park! Join on Sundays from June-August for donation based yoga in the Eagle Town Park. Yoga Off Broadway is a proud sponsor and producer of this summer event which highlights yoga in our community. Each week features a different instructor. Yoga in The Park is an all levels practice. This week’s practice is led by Rachel Atkinson DeLong with proceeds benefitting the Special Olympics. Please bring a mat if you have one.

Sunday, June 5, 9:30am – Kids’ Fishing Derby – kids 12 and under are invited to our first annual Fishin’ Derby at Eagle’s new fishin’ hole. Recently stocked by the Department of Wildlife who’ll be on hand to assist the shorties. Free fishing poles to the first 100 pocket fishermen! The pond is located just across the street from the Dusty Boot’s back deck. Participation is free and does not require registration. Just show up and cast your line!

Daily Strider Races for the kiddos. Meet at the corner of Capitol and Founders Avenue for FREE strider racing throughout the venue. We’ve got prizes and awards for all!

  • Sat June 4: Morning Mother-Child Skills Camp 9am-12pm: $150 for two

Regional PrAna sales reps host their annual prAna sample sale at the Eagle Outside Festival! Get some new yoga togs or reboot your Colorado Wedding Shirt supply. The sale is located in the Addison Building (where registration takes place) at 1185 Capitol Street.

Saturday, June 4, 10:15am-12:30pm – Join instructors from the Vail Valley Alternative Sports Academy’s MTB 101 program for a fun skills clinic and group ride. Open to riders 7-12. Meet at the pocket park next to registration at the corner of Capitol and Sylvan Lake Road for a jaunt over to Haymaker that will also swing by the grand opening of Eagle’s new pump track!

Saturday, June 4, 11am – meet in the BMX parking lot for the grand unveiling of Eagle’s new pump track! Speak with the builders and spin a few laps!

Free group rides!

BMX Track – open all weekend right next to the new pump track. Both are free of charge and a hoot to ride on ANY bike.

Friday, June 3, 5pm. Meet at Yeti’s Grind Coffee Shop on Broadway in Eagle for a no-drop group ride around Haymaker with the one and only Nate Picklo! Founder of LOV Bikes, Nate is undergoing his third round of cancer treatment and this ride is a way to give a nod to cancer survivors everywhere. Participants receive a free beverage from Yeti’s and a coupon for a free beer at the Bonfire Block Party.
